Once a mandate has been agreed, we use our network of dedicated agents, property owners, landlords and market relationships to identify opportunities specifically suited to that requirement. Our objective is simple: to bring clients relevant opportunities rather than volume.

Julien Garnier has more than 20 years of experience across real estate and investment banking. He has an extensive track record of acquiring high-value real estate and developing investment and financing solutions for clients in the UK, the United States and the Middle East.
Through a long-established network of industry contacts, agents, owners, landlords and funding partners, Julien is able to originate opportunities and develop solutions for complex situations. He graduated from the London School of Economics and has lived and worked in London, Dubai, Boston, Geneva and Vienna.
